We are looking for a Supply Management Transformation Programme Manager to lead a major transformation across Supply Management UK & Ireland, guiding ERP and Ivalua deployment and the transition to business-as-usual operations. You will coordinate multi-stakeholder workstreams and establish robust governance, ensuring delivery to scope, time and budget while realising measurable benefits.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement and change management across international teams.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes in a matrixed, international organisation.
• Demonstrable delivery across business transformation, operating model redesign, shared services or GBS transition.
• Strong programme management capability across planning, governance, RAID, dependencies, budgets, resources, reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the integrated programme roadmap with milestones and interdependencies across ERP Bridge, guided catalogue, supplier onboarding, Source-to-Contract, pricing and reporting.
• Establish governance, decision forums, stage gates, reporting standards, RAID management and change control.
• Coordinate workstream leads, business SMEs, tech teams, GBS colleagues, external partners and country stakeholders to deliver outputs to scope, quality, cost and schedule.
• Lead due diligence and future-state operating model design and implementation planning.
• Develop and maintain business cases, resource plans, budgets, forecasts and benefits reporting.
• Oversee business readiness, change impact assessment, communications, training, UAT and handover to RUN.
• Facilitate workshops and executive governance meetings with clear decision papers.
• Ensure plans align with ERP milestones and Sodexo governance requirements.
• Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation and resolution of cross-programme dependencies.
• Embed continuous improvement and reusable standards across the portfolio.
