Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Supply Transformation & ERP Manager to lead future-state design, data and operating models for our Supply Management transformation, including ERP, Ivalua and related initiatives. You will partner with country SMEs, technology teams and GBS to drive design through to go‑live, embedding sustainable processes and measurable adoption.

You will play a key role in coordinating governance, risk and readiness activities, ensuring strong, tangible outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading process design and transformation in a complex matrix organisation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end process design, governance and SOP development.
• Experience defining data requirements, ownership, cleansing, migration and stewardship.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver business readiness, knowledge transfer and training.
• Experience in procurement, Supply Management or Source-to-Pay is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA and platforms such as Ivalua, Ariba or Coupa desirable.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain designs to senior leaders.
• Collaborative and delivery-focused; comfortable with ambiguity across borders.
• Project/change management qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own design for future-state Supply Management transformation including processes, data, roles and controls.
• Lead discovery and design workshops with multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Design and deploy future-state processes, SOPs and governance measures.
• Manage deployment approach and adoption measurement across organisations.
• Define and manage data design, migration and stewardship requirements.
• Develop detailed design and transition plans aligned to milestones.
• Coordinate SMEs to validate designs and ensure operational viability.
• Confirm capability, access and knowledge requirements before service start.
• Prepare design packs, readiness evidence and transition reporting.
• Identify transition risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and handover to BAU.
• Embed continuous improvement across the transformation portfolio.
