Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking an ERP Transformation Specialist to lead enterprise-wide programmes across HR and core functions, shaping technology-enabled change.

You will guide design and implementation of ERP platforms, translate client needs into system requirements, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to realise measurable improvements. This role offers hybrid working within the UK and opportunities to develop leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive ERP-led transformation across multiple platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
• Strong analytical and solution-design skills; able to simplify complexity with pragmatic recommendations.
• Credible communicator, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and guiding complex decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation programmes across HR-related and broader enterprise functions.
• Translate client needs into clear process, data and system requirements aligned to ERP architecture.
• Advise senior stakeholders on transformation options including platform strategy and change impact.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams with governance, risk management and QA.
• Contribute to practice development, bids, and coaching of consultants.
