Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking an ERP Developer to own ERP across 12+ business units, including cloud/on-premise Quantum by Component Control, Dymax, and Priority. You will write clean, testable code, mentor a team, and ensure scalable ERP solutions to support rapid acquisitions.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end system solutions, integrating ERP with third-party apps, performing unit tests, documenting technical details, deploying to production, and staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven software engineering experience and ability to lead.
• Experience in web development and ERP-related integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize ERP across multiple business units with acquisitions.
• Develop, test, and deploy ERP solutions with focus on performance.
• Mentor team members and drive upskilling.
• Design solutions from business requirements and integrate with third‑party apps.
• Perform unit testing and create technical documentation.
• Collaborate with leaders, users, and product owners to implement improvements.
