Job summary

AerFin is seeking a Data & Systems Support Analyst to ensure reliable operation of the Quantum ERP system and associated data processes. You will resolve user incidents, investigate data issues, and support the Universal Update Tool (UUT) with Java-based troubleshooting as part of a busy, operations-focused team.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to keep critical systems running smoothly to support AerFin's global aviation business.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP systems or business-critical applications.
• Strong Oracle SQL and data issue investigation skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle database architecture (tables, triggers, procedures).
• Working knowledge of Java-based tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Quantum ERP system incidents and data issues.
• Troubleshoot user issues by analyzing business processes and data quality concerns.
• Manage incidents through Halo ITSM and ensure timely resolution.
• Support ERP data management activities and data validation.
• Investigate issues in Oracle tables, relationships and triggers.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance on ERP processes and data management practices.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams or vendors.
