Job summary

Arcwide is seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Solution Architect/Lead Consultant to design end-to-end ERP solutions and lead client engagements. You will translate business processes into scalable designs, guide implementations across modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong ERP expertise, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architecting and delivering IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems (lead consultant).
• Strong understanding of ERP modules: Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, or Service Management.
• Ability to lead client-facing workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with system integrations and data migration in ERP environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; consultative and client-focused.
• Experience in ERP partner/consultancy or complex enterprise environment is desirable.
• Willingness to travel to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IFS Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and future scalability.
• Translate business processes into effective system designs and roadmaps.
• Provide leadership during implementations as SME across streams.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and technical teams for delivery.
• Stay updated on IFS Cloud advancements and industry trends.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and present complex concepts.
• Support pre-sales with proposals and solution demonstrations.
• Mentor junior consultants to foster continuous improvement.
