Job summary

AerFin is seeking a Data & Systems Support Analyst to support its Quantum ERP system and data management processes. The role focuses on day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting data and process-related issues, and maintaining stable systems across critical business applications.

The successful candidate will use Oracle database knowledge and support the Universal Update Tool (UUT) for ERP data imports and updates, working closely with users and IT teams to resolve incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP systems or operational business systems.
• Strong Oracle SQL knowledge and ability to investigate data issues.
• Understanding of Oracle DB architecture (tables, relationships, triggers, procedures).
• Working knowledge of Java and ability to troubleshoot a Java-based tool.
• Experience managing incidents or support activities in ITSM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Quantum ERP system and data-related issues.
• Troubleshoot user issues by analyzing business processes and data quality.
• Manage incidents using Halo ITSM and ensure timely resolution.
• Support ERP data management activities, including data validation and discrepancies investigation.
• Investigate issues in Oracle database objects (tables, relationships, triggers).
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve integration and environment-related issues.
