Qualifications

• IT support experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction or similar environment.
• Background in ERP systems and IT support.
• Able to commute to Harlow.

Responsibilities

• Help implement a new ERP system.
• Resolve IT issues within the office.
• Provide office-based IT support.
• Streamline existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support quotations for parts, with full training provided.
