Job summary

BlackTide Partners is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to lead ERP projects from inception through go-live, aligning with business goals and global operations. You'll engage senior stakeholders, gather requirements, and oversee system discovery, design, and deployment of IT systems and networks.

You will manage integration efforts, ensure security and compliance, monitor service performance with KPIs and SLAs, and mentor IT staff while driving cost-efficient procurement and reliable backups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in programming, database management, and coordinating remote teams.
• ITIL or similar framework certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ERP projects and IT infrastructures is desirable.

Working Conditions

• Based on-site Chigwell, Essex, IG6
• Standard hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM.
• Extensive travel within the UK to support subsidiaries.
