Job summary

Pinnacle, the technology solution division of K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. This role will lead ERP implementation and customer software enhancement projects for our SME clients, ensuring on-time delivery and an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with customers, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to manage implementations, integrations, and third-party solutions.

Responsibilities

• Planning Liaise with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to be clear on the solution.
• Identify and escalation any gaps between the sold solution, customer expectations and delivery requirements.
• Arrange and chair internal and customer project kick-off meetings.
• Create and maintain the project plan, including phases, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and acceptance points.
• Plan and coordinate resources across consultancy, engineering, development, training, support and third-party providers.
• Coordinate third-party solutions, integrations and bespoke software development.
• Ensure customer decisions, information, data and actions are provided by the required dates.
• Monitor dependencies between ERP, development, infrastructure, managed services and external suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation, including the project plan, RAID log, action log, decision log, change log and status reports.
• Identify, assess, manage and escalation risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Establish project tolerances and escalation exceptions promptly.
