Job summary

P3M Recruitment is seeking an IT Project Manager for a market-leading IT services client on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working and regional project delivery with variable on-site presence.

You will lead end-to-end ERP/CRM software delivery, manage budgets, risks and stakeholders, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering complex IT projects.
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementations and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end.
• Enterprise infrastructure implementations end-to-end.
• Define scope, plans and milestones across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead implementation, configuration, customisation and integrations.
• Oversee data migration, cutover and validation activity.
• Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams.
• Run governance, RAID management and progress reporting.
• Support business change and user adoption.
• Budget tracking and cost control.
