Job summary

Stratospherec Limited is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end ERP deployments, from mobilisation through go-live and post‑go live support. You will own delivery plans, track RAID items, manage risks, and ensure governance across complex client projects.

The role requires strong business analysis, clear stakeholder communication, and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Hybrid working in the UK with regular site visits is included in the package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP or complex business system implementations.
• Strong business analysis and consultancy capability (process mapping, gap analysis).
• Excellent stakeholder communication from operational to executive levels.
• Experience using delivery tooling (plans, RAID, backlogs, test evidence).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from mobilisation to go-live and early life support for assigned implementations.
• Maintain delivery plan, RAID, stage gates and report progress clearly.
• Ensure teams meet commitments and resolve conflicts decisively.
• Lead discovery, process mapping and gap analysis within scope, with value-backed backlog.
• Oversee readiness for each delivery stage and enforce governance and standards.
• Drive risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation and escalation plans.
• Lead data migration, testing strategies, and cutover planning for go-live.
• Prepare handover artifacts and support readiness for customer success.
