Traveltek Ltd. is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead enterprise implementations and supplier integrations across Traveltek’s product suite.

You will own delivery from contract through go-live and adoption, building trusted relationships with travel partners and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex customer outcomes. You will drive discovery, define scope, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful handovers to Customer Success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering complex projects in the travel industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with change management and project governance processes.

Aufgaben

• Own project delivery from contract signature through adoption.
• Manage multiple customer implementations and complex delivery projects.
• Lead discovery workshops to validate requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate internal teams across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Operations.
• Protect both customer relationships and Traveltek’s commercial position during scope changes.
• Drive onboarding and transition to Customer Success after go-live.
