Job summary

Stratospherec Ltd. is recruiting for an ERP Implementation Manager in the Birmingham area. You will lead multiple ERP projects from mobilisation through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality delivery with strong customer engagement.

Expect 3–4 days per week on client sites and one planned travel day per month. The role requires proven ERP implementation experience, robust business analysis skills, and adept stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP or complex business system implementations.
• Strong business analysis and consultancy capability (process mapping, gap analysis).
• Demonstrated risk, issue, and dependency management with timely escalation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication from operational teams to executive level.
• Confident use of delivery tooling (plans, RAID, backlogs, test evidence) and analytical reporting.
• High standard of written documentation, numeracy, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, out-of-hours support during cutover.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from mobilisation to go-live and early life support for assigned implementations.
• Maintain an up-to-date delivery plan, RAID and stage gates, report progress clearly.
• Lead discovery, business process mapping, and gap analysis within agreed scope.
• Translate findings into a delivery backlog with explicit acceptance criteria.
• Advise customers on business change impacts and operating procedures.
• Oversee readiness and design governance for each delivery stage.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Lead cutover planning and handover to Customer Success.
