Senior ERP Business Analyst for EU Markets & Migrations

Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an ERP implementation project (Oracle Fusion/Salesforce) based in the UK. You will map cross‑functional Finance, HR, Procurement, and Distribution processes, produce URS/FRS, and support testing and data validation across global teams.

You will translate business needs into system designs, write user stories, and help drive automation and AI-enabled improvements while ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP and FDA requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project methodology, and system implementation documentation.
• Experience with large ERP systems and cross-functional project delivery.
• Familiarity with validated systems, GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11/820, and e-signatures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
• Experience with EU markets and EU tax/legal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into URS/FRS and system design specifications.
• Coordinate with IT teams on solution design and testing activities.
• Develop test cases and UAT plans to ensure quality solutions.
• Analyze business problems to identify technology-enabled improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with IT to design, test, and implement solutions aligned to business needs.
• Act as the voice of the business, translating requirements into user stories and test scenarios.
• Support testing, validation and deployment, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital enablement within enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Assist in business case development, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment with clear communication.
