Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Sales Director with strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider is a recognized name in the industry, offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. The company provides a cutting-edge, full cloud solution embedded in major ERP providers. As Sales Director, you will lead a team of 3 and leverage contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, partners, and clients to sell effectively.
The Strategy behind the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong contacts within Oracle’s sales teams and partners, focusing on selling Enterprise Tax determination solutions. You should have a robust ERP Financials background to sell Tax solutions and network extensively in this space. You will leverage relationships with Oracle sales and partners to generate leads and accelerate deals in the UK & Ireland.
You will hunt for deals in the upper mid to enterprise scale, supported by a multi-billion dollar business. Developing a team focused on individual ERP providers to secure enterprise deals is key. You will report to SVP level and lead by example, promoting a hunter culture.
Location: South East England – primarily London, or South England. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: Competitive Sales Director salary, variable compensation, benefits, and vested stock in an imminent exit business.
Your Background:
With over 10 years in senior sales roles, you excel in closing enterprise deals valued between $500 million and $3 billion. You are skilled in ERP Financials solutions, particularly with Oracle (and ideally SAP) ecosystems. Experience leading a team and familiarity with methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, or Sanderson are advantageous. You should thrive in the UK&I territory.
As a hands-on Sales Director, you will build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists focusing on different ERP providers to sell this third-party Tax SaaS solution that automates tax processes globally.
Ideally:
You possess a strong network of Oracle and partner contacts to develop a deal pipeline. Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions is beneficial, but ERP solutions are the primary focus. This global Tax SaaS provider is profitable and poised for exit, with a strong market presence and significant growth potential. You will influence sales practices and develop major deals within this expanding business.
