Job summary

RECfinancial is recruiting an organised Systems Administrator to maintain key business data across the ERP system and support system implementations. You will contribute to procurement, manufacturing, and finance by ensuring data accuracy and driving process improvements.

The role involves BOM maintenance, data entry, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to keep ERP data up to date and reliable.

Qualifications

• Candidates should enjoy working with data and systems with a methodical approach.
• Experience as Systems Administrator, ERP Administrator or Procurement Administrator.
• Experience maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Quick Works is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system.
• Support procurement by managing supplier and product data.
• Track and reconcile Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
• Manage work orders and monitor production progress.
• Produce reports and maintain dashboards.
• Perform high-volume data entry across multiple systems.
• Work with the Quick Works ERP system.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, finance and warehouse teams to keep data accurate.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiencies.
