Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java programming.
• Experience with SQL databases and data querying.
• Ability to identify root causes from logs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks, document the nature of reported problems, triage and remediate high-priority issues and bugs.
• Deep dive into issues, analyze and identify solutions, propose code fixes to the development team.
• Be proactive and manage multiple high priority threads.
• Develop a broad understanding of Aera's technical architecture.
