Job summary

Benchmark Drinks Limited is seeking an Assistant Business Systems Manager to provide data-centric support for Bevica ERP. You will work with Finance and Operations to keep the system up-to-date, test new add-ons, and ensure data accuracy across the organisation.

The role involves data entry, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration to deliver reliable insights for UK operations from our Wandsworth office.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and validating data accuracy across systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system changes.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to provide data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Input and review data in Bevica to ensure accuracy and flag anomalies.
• Assist Business Systems Manager in designing processes and solutions.
• Gather user requirements for new add-ons to enhance Bevica functionality.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing to reflect live data in the system.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial and operational data for reports.
