Benchmark Drinks Limited is seeking an Assistant Business Systems Manager to provide data-centric support for Bevica ERP. You will work with Finance and Operations to keep the system up-to-date, test new add-ons, and ensure data accuracy across the organisation.

The role involves data entry, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration to deliver reliable insights for UK operations from our Wandsworth office.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements for new add-ons to enhance Bevica functionality.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing to reflect live data in the system.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial and operational data for reports.

We’re in an exciting phase of growth and looking for an Assistant Business Systems Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and help us deliver exceptional service to our UK andcustomers.

The Role

This role will provide systems support to our ERP system, Bevica, working with the Business Systems Manager and our Finance and Operations teams to ensure the system is kept up-to-date and that add-on modules are tested and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·Input and review data in the system, ensuring accuracy of all data held and querying anomalies with data originators within the business
• ·Working with the Business Systems Manager to devise and sense check processes and appropriate solutions to issues raised by system users
• ·Help collate user requirements for new add-on modules to ensure the system provides the business with the solutions and functionality required
• ·Work with members of the Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the system reflects live data (e.g. shipping dates, new customer orders, stock movements)
• ·Complete regular reconciliations of financial and operational data to ensure company-wide reports are accurate.
• ·Complete ad-hoc analysis of raw data and provide sales, operational and financial insights to relevant stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience:

• ·Experience of data entry and interrogating software systems
• ·Ability to confidently communicate clearly, concisely and effectively via email and in person
• ·Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills both internally and externally
• ·Ability to think critically and to creatively identify solutions
• ·Curiosity to investigate and proactively solve problems that present within the system
• ·Good IT knowledge including Excel proficiency.
• ·Ideally 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
