Responsibilities

• Maintain, input and review data in the ERP to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and improve system processes; identify practical solutions.
• Gather user requirements for new modules and support testing/implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing to reflect up-to-date information.
• Analyze sales, operations and financial data to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day ERP support to keep the system accurate and efficient.
