Job summary

Identify Talent is seeking an ERP Operational Support Specialist to maintain data, reporting and ERP systems in a hands-on role. You will manage data reliability, support reporting outputs, and ensure smooth operation of core systems for site users.

The role focuses on SQL development, Crystal Reports support, and ERP administration to keep systems accurate and accessible for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL databases and writing queries.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• ERP or operational system experience; Epicor BisTrack desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support reporting and data extraction systems
• Develop, write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures
• Provide ongoing support and updates for Crystal Reports
• Administer ERP users, permissions, printers and system configuration
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting and ERP-related issues
• Build knowledge of systems and workflows to support operational users
• Implement small continuous improvement changes
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation
• Support upgrades, rollouts and integrations
