Job summary

Soane is seeking an ERP Data and Systems Analyst to ensure the integrity, quality, and accessibility of business data across the organisation. You will maintain master data, oversee data imports and integrations, and develop reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision making.

You will act as the custodian of data within SAP Business One and related systems, ensuring data standards and smooth information flow between applications, while collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• Three years' ERP data management experience.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and reports.
• Experience managing ERP master data (customers, suppliers, products).
• Experience using SAP Business One or a comparable ERP system.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience developing management reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Methodical approach to investigating data issues and root causes.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy across all business systems.
• Manage data imports into SAP Business One using Data Integration Hub (DIH) and other approved methods.
• Develop and maintain import templates to support data creation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot data import failures and validation issues.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports and dashboards.
• Ensure integrations between SAP Business One and external systems maintain data integrity.
• Maintain and administer master data, including UDTs and UDFs.
• Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies and implement corrective actions.
• Promote data governance best practices across the business.
• Work with external ERP partners to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support data migration activities, system upgrades and business improvement projects.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analyses to support business requirements.
