Job summary

Integrow Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an ERP & CRM Specialist to govern the company’s ERP and CRM platforms in a regulated healthcare environment. You will coordinate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality, manage the MSP, and ensure changes are tested and documented in line with GxP standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics (Business Central) and VEEVA, plus strong data, reporting and integration skills. A degree in IT or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems in a commercial environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing (including UAT) and releasing changes under formal change control with an external MSP.
• Data management, reporting and system integrations or migrations.
• Desirable: experience in regulated sectors (pharma/healthcare) with validated (GxP) systems.
• Desirable: experience managing third-party software vendors and implementation partners.
• Degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• ERP Administration & Oversight - manage ERP access, master data, workflows and month-end requirements; coordinate with MSP on incident handling and service levels.
• CRM Administration & Development - manage CRM data, workflows, dashboards and automations to support Commercial/Customer Service.
• Business Analysis & Requirements - gather and document business requirements and process maps; support backlog prioritisation.
• Integration & Data Management - maintain data integrity across ERP/CRM; support migrations and data governance.
• Change, Release & Validation - manage ERP/CRM changes with MSP; ensure testing, validation and documentation per GxP.
• Service Management - act as business-facing contact for ERP incidents; track resolution and maintain knowledge articles.
• Reporting & Analytics - design and maintain ERP/CRM reports/dashboards for timely decision-making.
• Training & User Adoption - deliver training and user guidance; promote best practices.
• Vendor & Supplier Management - manage MSP/vendor performance and reviews.
• Continuous Improvement & Projects - identify improvements and support deployments.
