Aspire Pharma Ltd invites applications for an ERP & CRM Specialist to oversee and develop our ERP and CRM platforms. The role works within the Technology team, coordinating with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Working in a regulated healthcare context, you will manage changes, ensure data integrity, and deliver dashboards and reports to support timely decision-making.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting or administering ERP/CRM systems in a commercial environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing and releasing changes under formal change control.
• Experience with data management, reporting and system integrations or migrations.
• Experience in a regulated sector (pharma/healthcare) with validated (GxP) systems.
• Experience managing third-party software vendors and implementation partners.

Responsabilidades

• ERP Administration & Oversight: manage ERP, user access, security roles, master data and month-end tasks with MSP.
• CRM Administration & Development: administer CRM data, workflows, dashboards and automations to support teams.
• Business Analysis & Requirements: gather, document and prioritise requirements and maps.
• Integration & Data Management: ensure data integrity across ERP/CRM and connected systems; support migrations and interfaces.
• Change, Release & Validation: manage ERP/CRM changes with MSP, including testing and validation for GxP systems.
• Service Management: triage incidents with MSP and track resolution within SLAs; maintain knowledge articles.
• Reporting & Analytics: design and maintain ERP/CRM reports and dashboards for decision making.
• Training & User Adoption: provide training and user guidance for ERP/CRM usage.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: liaise with MSP and software vendors; monitor SLAs and upgrades.
• Continuous Improvement & Projects: identify process improvements and support tech projects.
