Aspire Pharma Limited is seeking an ERP & CRM Specialist to oversee and improve the company’s ERP and CRM systems. You will work with the Technology team, align with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Quality, and manage the MSP delivering core ERP changes.

The role requires hands-on administration, business analysis and data governance in a regulated healthcare environment, with an emphasis on security, validation, testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems in a commercial setting.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems and testing under change control.
• Data management, reporting and system integrations or migrations.
• Experience with regulated environments (GxP) is desirable.
• Vendor management and working with MSPs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ERP administration, security, master data and workflows.
• Administer and develop CRM platforms, dashboards and automation.
• Gather, challenge and document business requirements and backlog priorities.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP/CRM and connected systems.
• Own changes delivered by MSP: scope, priority, validation and release.

• Triage incidents, track resolution with MSP and drive root-cause analysis.

• Design and maintain operational and management reports and dashboards.

• Deliver training and user documentation for ERP/CRM adoption.
