Job summary

Aspire Pharma, a Leicester-based UK pharmaceutical company, seeks an ERP & CRM Specialist to oversee ERP/CRM systems and coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations. You will manage MSP-delivered changes and ensure GxP alignment.

Reporting to the CIO, you’ll drive data integrity, testing, UAT and document validation while enabling business success through robust analytics and user-focused improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting ERP and/or CRM in a commercial setting.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring, testing, and releasing changes under change control, incl. MSP.
• Experience in data management, reporting and system integrations or migrations.
• Experience with Dynamics (Business Central) ERP and VEEVA applications.

Responsibilities

• ERP Administration & Oversight including security roles and master data.
• CRM Administration & development, dashboards and automations.
• Translate business needs into practical ERP/CRM solutions.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP, CRM and connected systems.
• Manage changes with MSP, including testing, validation and rollback planning.
• Serve as business-facing point of contact for ERP incidents and service requests.
• Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards from ERP/CRM data.
• Provide training and user enablement for ERP/CRM systems.
• Liaise with vendors and partners; monitor delivery and upgrades.
• Identify process improvements and support technology projects.
