Aspire Pharma is seeking an ERP & CRM Specialist to oversee ERP and CRM platforms, working with the MSP to deliver core changes and ensure compliance with GxP. You will partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations to translate needs into robust system solutions.

Essential experience includes 3+ years supporting ERP/CRM, with Dynamics BC and Veeva expertise, and strong data management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting or administering ERP/CRM systems in a commercial environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing (including UAT) and releasing changes under formal change control.
• Experience with data management, reporting and system integrations or migrations.

Responsabilités

• ERP Administration & Oversight: manage ERP access, security roles, master data, workflows; coordinate with MSP.
• CRM Administration & Development: manage CRM data, sales/service workflows, dashboards and automations.
• Business Analysis: gather requirements, map processes and prioritise ERP/CRM backlog.
• Integration & Data Management: ensure data integrity across ERP/CRM, support migrations.
• Change, Release & Validation: oversee MSP-delivered changes; plan testing, UAT, release, rollback; ensure validation.
• Service Management: triage incidents, manage service requests, track resolution with MSP.
• Reporting & Analytics: design and maintain ERP/CRM dashboards for decision making.
• Training & User Adoption: provide training and user docs for ERP/CRM use.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: manage MSP and vendors, review performance/licences.
• Continuous Improvement & Projects: identify improvements and support deployments.
