Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the business change workstream on a major ERP transformation programme (COINS). The contract role involves owning the change strategy and delivery plan to ensure teams are prepared for go-live.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, business readiness, adoption and transition into BAU. ERP deployment experience is highly valued.

Change Manager - ERP Transformation

6-Month Contract

Edinburgh / Hybrid

£500-£550 per day (via Umbrella Company)

A well-known Construction organisation is currently looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the business change workstream on a major ERP transformation programme.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the change strategy and delivery plan, helping ensure teams across the organisation are fully prepared for implementation and go-live of a new ERP system (COINS). Responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, business readiness, adoption and transition into BAU etc.

To be successful, we're seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:

• Strong Change Management experience on other large-scale transformation programmes (ideally the deployment of new ERP systems)
• Experience establishing & leading end-to-end change workstreams with direct experience in change communications, training, adoption and business readiness etc.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills will be essential.
• Good project management capability across planning, governance and RAID would be highly advantageous.
• ERP transformation experience (COINS ERP experience would be a significant bonus)
