Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Business Systems & Transformation Lead to own ERP, data, automation and process improvement to support growth, with Syspro at the heart of the operation.

You will work across the business to identify inefficiencies, map processes and implement practical improvements that deliver measurable results, partnering with Finance, Operations and external providers to drive transformation.

BASIC SALARY: £65,000 - £75,000

Many people would describe this as an ERP role. They're wrong.

Yes, the ERP sits at the centre of the role, but this is really about business transformation, process improvement and driving operational excellence.

You'll spend your time working with stakeholders across the business, understanding how processes currently work, identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical improvements that deliver measurable results. One day you could be mapping a business process within Operations, the next you could be reviewing reporting requirements with Finance, working on a systems integration project with an external partner or identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

This role is for somebody who enjoys solving problems, challenging the status quo and helping businesses work smarter.
