Job summary

Cardiff Council is seeking an ICT Applications Support Analyst to lead and oversee the ongoing maintenance of the SAP ERP system and participate in migrating to Oracle Fusion. The role involves ensuring reliable ERP operations, maintaining integrations with third-party systems, and delivering user-focused reporting and guidance.

The post holder will work with project teams and external suppliers to realise the migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion, support ERP developments, and improve processes

Qualifications

• Maintain and develop SAP ERP applications.
• Support migration project to Oracle Fusion.
• Coordinate ERP maintenance across environments.
• Produce ERP reports for users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support and maintenance of the ERP system (SAP) and its integrations.
• Collaborate with project teams and suppliers for the Oracle Fusion migration.
• Create and run reports using ERP tools for stakeholders.
• Liaise with users to advise on ERP usage and enhancements.
