Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded organisation in the United Kingdom to appoint an experienced Oracle ERP Analyst. You will combine technical ERP expertise with stakeholder engagement to optimise and enhance Oracle applications across Finance, Procurement and Operations.

You will work with Finance, Technology and Operations teams, managing incidents, gathering requirements, implementing improvements, and supporting upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle ERP systems
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement or Operational processes
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS or Fusion applications
• Experience within a complex enterprise environment

Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining Oracle ERP applications
• Managing incidents, service requests and problem resolution
• Gathering and analysing business requirements
• Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements
• Configuring and testing enhancements
• Supporting system upgrades, releases and projects
• Working with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Producing documentation, training materials and user guidance
• Acting as a key point of contact for Oracle ERP users across the business
