Job summary

Verian Business Solutions Ltd seeks an ERP Analyst M3/Sales Force for a FMCG manufacturing facility in Dudley. The role centers on implementing a new ERP system and integrating processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and IT, leveraging strong analytical and customer service skills.

You will deliver supply chain analytics, drive improvements, support ERP/M3/CRM implementations, monitor orders, and coordinate with planning, warehousing and transport to ensure smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business with supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain or order-to-cash processes.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; ERP/CRM implementation experience is an asset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

ERP Analyst M3/Sales Force – FMCG Manufacturing – Dudley – £40k Mon to Fri 08.00 – 17.15 Fri 16.00 (Hybrid working model) + Bonus + Pension + 24days + BH’s + Health Plan, discounts, Training & Development plan & more!!!

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join them at their facility in Dudley.

Your role will focus on the implementation of a new ERP system and the ongoing integration and process mapping for the team. You will utilise your customer service expertise with analytical capabilities to resolve operational challenges and create insights that support both customers and internal stakeholders. Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT and supporting strategic customer relationships and service performance as you go.

What will the day to day look like?

• Deliver customer supply chain analytics and recommendations that improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support harmonised ways of working across the organisation.
• Play a key role in implementing new solutions (ERP – M3 – CRM – Sales Force) and processes for the team.
• Monitor order fulfilment performance and proactively address service deviations.
• Act as an escalation point for operational exceptions and customer service issues.
• Support the team in managing customer orders and enquiries across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Co-ordinate with planning, warehousing, logistics, transport and sales teams to secure smooth deliveries.
• Support system-related activities, including EDI issue resolution, pricing updates and master data maintenance.

What will you bring to the table?

• Relevant qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in business with supply chain, logistics or a related field career experience.
• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain or order-to-cash processes.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience of ERP and CRM implementation projects is seen as an asset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Working days, Monday to Friday. 40.25 hours per week. Start and end times are flexible so long as the working hours are complete each week. Core hours are 8.00 am to 5.15 pm with one hour, unpaid lunch. Early finish on a Friday at 4.00 pm. An option to work from home up to 2 days per week once the department is settled and systems have been implemented.

24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (would need to use some of the bookable allowance if wanting to take time off between Christmas and New Year).
