Job summary

Verian Business Solutions Ltd seeks an ERP Analyst M3/Sales Force for a FMCG manufacturing facility in Dudley. The role centers on implementing a new ERP system and integrating processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and IT, leveraging strong analytical and customer service skills.

You will deliver supply chain analytics, drive improvements, support ERP/M3/CRM implementations, monitor orders, and coordinate with planning, warehousing and transport to ensure smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business with supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain or order-to-cash processes.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; ERP/CRM implementation experience is an asset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer supply chain analytics and recommendations to improve efficiency and experience.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonised ways of working across the organisation.
• Play a key role in implementing ERP/M3/CRM/Salesforce solutions and processes.
• Monitor order fulfilment performance and address service deviations proactively.
• Escalate operational exceptions and customer service issues.
• Support orders and enquiries across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Coordinate with planning, warehousing, logistics, transport and sales teams.
• Support system activities, including EDI issues, pricing updates and master data maintenance.
