Job summary

Centric Talent seeks an ERP System Analyst to ensure SAP Business One runs reliably. You will troubleshoot ERP issues, gather requirements, and coordinate upgrades with third party support. You will produce SQL reports and support audits with data controls.

The role requires at least 3 years in ERP systems, strong SQL, and stakeholder collaboration. Some projects may require presence at the Blackburn head office within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an ERP systems role.
• Advanced SQL query writing is essential.
• SAP Business One experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SAP Business One user accounts and permissions.
• Educate users on system functionality and promote understanding of the SAP suite.
• Develop solutions using SAP B1 and BPA for business problems.
• Create and maintain SQL reports for analytics.
• Liaise with third party support to gather business requirements.
• Collaborate with department leaders to implement best practices.
• Provide raw data to analytics teams for reporting.
• Manage continuous improvement projects and data integrity.

Summary of Position

The purpose of this role is to ensure the reliable performance of our SAP Business One ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related hardware, software, user access, or other problems. Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems, applications, tasks and integrations. Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Coordinate new software releases, fixes and upgrades with third party support team and users. Recommend new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback. Produce SQL reports. Ensure audit systems and controls and adequate and provide audit evidence to external auditors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and Maintaining SAP Business One System accounts and permissions.
• Educating users on system functionality and promote a better understanding of the application suite.
• Developing solutions for business problems using SAP Business One and Business Process Automation (BPA)
• Creating and maintaining SQL reports.
• Serving as liaison between business partners and third party support to develop and gather business requirements
• Maintaining close relationships with department leaders to ensure best practices for systemic improvements
• Providing raw data to various areas for analytics
• Managing and executing continuous improvement projects
• Maintaining data integrity and cleanliness of all databases
• Ensuring appropriate systems and controls are in place for audit purposes and providing audit evidence to external auditors
