Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an ERostering Administrator/Trainer to deliver system administration and training across the Trust. You will be responsible for hands-on administration, user support, and ensuring smooth operation of ERostering for all departments.

You will calibrate data, build reports, assist with system improvements, and coordinate with the software supplier.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include performing comprehensive system administration tasks for ERostering and delivering administrator-level training across the Trust.
• Support operational activities, coordinate internal tasks, and ensure integrated systems are maintained and optimised for efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide Help Desk support to ERostering users and resolve system issues.
• Assist with rollout, configuration, and reporting to meet Trust requirements.
• Maintain employee data in ERostering and align ESR/ERoster information.
