Job summary

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Medical eRostering Co-ordinator to support the implementation, development and ongoing management of electronic rostering across Medical and Dental specialties. You will configure rosters, assist with testing, and ensure adherence to contracts and regulations, while delivering training and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Business Administration, Workforce Management, Information Technology, Healthcare Management or equivalent experience gained through NHS roles.
• Experience of workforce rostering, rota management, workforce systems administration or workforce information analysis.
• Experience of delivering training to individuals and groups.
• Experience of analysing complex workforce information and producing reports.
• Knowledge of rostering governance and NHS terms could be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimisation of electronic rostering across Medical and Dental services.
• Work with consultants, rota co-ordinators and service managers to improve roster effectiveness.
• Provide specialist advice on medical e-Rostering functionality and best practices.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, development work and new functionality deployment.
• Support the Medical Rostering Lead in managing project plans and deployment activities.
• Participate in roster reviews and workforce transformation projects.
• Maintain clear records and documentation for governance and reporting.
