Job summary

Michael Page Finance partners with a globally recognised luxury retail brand to appoint a Senior Employee Relations Specialist in London. This newly created ER role sits in the People team and offers the chance to shape and build an ER function within a growing business.

You will provide expert advice on ER issues, manage disciplinary and grievance cases, develop policies, conduct investigations, train managers and collaborate with legal teams on employment law concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment law and its workplace application.
• Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in FMCG industry is beneficial.
• Proactive and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ER Specialist should have:

• Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is beneficial.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple priorities.

Please note: this role will be 5 days per week in the London office. This is a highly collaborative, in-person culture where relationship building and stakeholder engagement are central to success. WFH days are permitted.
