Job summary

H2R Selection Limited in Bristol seeks a hands-on People professional to oversee ER, development, data and internal communications. You will support the People & Development Director and coach junior team members within the People Team at head office.

You’ll lead performance reviews, shape policies, run management training, develop reports, and drive people projects that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing employee relations and complex ER cases.
• Proven ability to lead management development and training programs.
• Strong data reporting and People systems experience.
• Experience creating internal communications and engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor People Team members and set clear objectives.
• Deliver performance reviews and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Oversee ER activity and advise managers on compliant outcomes.
• Develop and maintain People policies and reviews.
• Manage data integrity, analytics, and reporting to support decisions.
• Drive HR projects that enhance employee experience and change management.
• Coordinate internal communications to raise engagement.
