Müller UK & Ireland is hiring an Employee Relations Partner to support managers across the business. This hybrid role, based in Bridgwater or Stroud with 2-3 days on site, will handle absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters to secure the best outcomes for people and the business.
You will work with Site HRBP and Legal Counsel, coach managers, escalate complex cases, and use data insights to drive improvements in employee relations and policy compliance across the organisation.
Location: Bridgwater or Stroud / Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on site.
Contract: Full-Time, 12-month secondment / Fixed-term contract
Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)

As an Employee Relations Partner, you will provide managers with professional support to resolve people related matters, such as long-term absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases, with the focus on gaining the best outcomes for both the business and employees. Acting as the subject matter expert you will provide advice and support, drive best practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures in line with UK employment legislation.
Based on the needs of the partner group, you must be prepared to travel based on the region of sites allocated to build relationships, knowledge and a deep understanding of your partner group.
