Job summary

Germany-based? No. Müller Milk & Ingredients in Bridgwater, United Kingdom, seeks a Site HR Manager on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract.

You will lead the full employee lifecycle on site, collaborate with unions, coach managers, and drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will use HR data to influence decisions and support workforce planning, while partnering with recruitment and HR teams to ensure a strong candidate and onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR generalist activities with HR policies and legislation.
• Confident delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
