Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor for its People team in Heathrow on a hybrid basis. You will provide a range of HR services, advise on employee relations and succession planning, and contribute to organisational design and project work.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years' HR Advisory experience with strong generalist HR exposure, knowledge of employment law and GDPR, and excellent communication skills. CIPD Level 5 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience at HR Advisor level.
• Experience handling employee relations independently.
• Knowledge of employment law and GDPR.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and delivery focused.
• Collaborative team player with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ideally CIPD Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in identifying the appropriate people strategies for the relevant units and implementing frameworks and objectives that will deliver results.
• Act as an advisor on operational HR issues and processes at employee and manager levels.
• Support on ER related meetings including note-taking and advisory duties.
• Help Managers with the right tools to ensure employee performance is optimised, facilitating interventions when needed.
• Interpret people data to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Support the delivery of engagement initiatives including employee forums.
• Proactively develop yourself and others using internal/external networks.
• Drive key people projects at department and corporate level.
• Monitor legal/regulatory changes and help develop compliant people policies.
• Support bi-annual performance management and pay/bonus processes.
