QTS Data Centers in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Director, Data Centre Development to lead client deployments and new builds. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Operations, Property Development and consultants to align objectives, processes and vendor strategies while keeping projects on time and within budget.

You will bring extensive experience in data centre design, engineering and construction management, with a focus on mission critical facilities and large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading Mission Critical Facility projects.
• Ability to influence cross-discipline teams and manage deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Report into the Property Development department and coordinate with C-suite leaders.
• Serve as the primary contact for new client builds and deployments across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Development Construction Project Managers to meet client expectations.
• Manage delivery of customer deployment projects within each QTS location.
• Coordinate with the Development team and consultants for design, pricing and approvals.
• Drive client relationship management and cost control to deliver on time and budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
