Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Knowledge of front office trading applications and equities markets.
• Experience in Incident and Problem management.
• Experience using Unix commands.
• Strong ability to translate technical language into business impact statements.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and build relationships.
• Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments (on premises and public cloud).
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
• Exposure to ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm.
• Support the day-to-day maintenance of the firm's systems to ensure operational stability and availability.
• Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools.
• Identify issues for escalation and communicate, providing solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
• Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.
