Job summary

Panda is seeking a highly organised Maintenance Administrator to support our Bromborough-based equipment maintenance operation. You’ll monitor the Equipment Helpdesk, schedule work for engineers and subcontractors, and keep customers informed from initial request through to completion.

This busy role requires excellent organisation, accurate system administration, and the confidence to communicate with customers, engineers, suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and organising maintenance tasks or engineering workloads.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor monthly preventative maintenance schedules.
• Schedule work for engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor helpdesk and respond promptly to requests.
• Update customers on maintenance progress and outcomes.
• Raise and process purchase orders and invoices.
