Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential criteria include vocational secretarial/admin qualification at level 3 or equivalent, English GCSE, RSA level III keyboard skills, strong organisational ability, and reception/secretarial experience.
• Familiar with MS Office and able to create Excel spreadsheets; ability to work in a team.
• Full UK working knowledge as applicable to NHS admin/reception roles.

Responsibilities

• Process medical equipment, orders and telephone calls.
• Record information on the eQuip asset management system and related day-to-day tasks.
• Provide full reception service and administrative cover to Clinical Engineering, managing 30,000+ assets.
