inspiring vet care in Tadley is recruiting for a part-time receptionist. This role is based at our Tadley branch, with occasional travel to Thatcham and Newbury to cover client needs.
You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle telephone inquiries with a confident, friendly manner, and use IT systems such as Microsoft Office and Outlook. Shifts include some weekends on a rota basis and there is a supportive team behind you.

Donnington Grove Veterinary Group is one of the largest vets in the area. We have three practices based in Newbury, Thatcham and Tadley which means we have a large client base as well as many loyal and long-standing clients. Our receptionist's focus is to provide excellent customer service and make the clients experience the best it can be.

We require someone who can work well under pressure, is a team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will need a confident and friendly telephone manner as many client interactions are telephone-based.
Excellent equine knowledge is essential as you will be answering emergency phone calls. Full training will be provided for the role; however, you will need to be competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
