Hawthorn School in Canterbury seeks an Equine Lead to manage the yard and horses at a small independent school. You will order feed, arrange vet/farrier/dental visits, and teach SEMH pupils horse care, riding and leading hacks.

Role involves daily mucking out and handling diverse horses, plus supporting neurodiverse pupils. A minimum Level 3 equine qualification is required; enhanced DBS and regular paperwork/training are mandatory. Own transport is essential due to rural location.

• Minimum Level 3 equine qualification is required.
• Experience in SEN settings is ideal.
• Enhanced DBS check and regular paperwork/training required.
