SEIB Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, are seeking an Equine Administrator to join the South Ockendon office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on equine insurance administration, handling communications and documentation, with hybrid working and a starting salary of £26,000.

You will manage new business, renewals and policy changes, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to team KPIs while working in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Equine insurance administration, including new business, renewals, policy adjustments, and issuing accurate documentation within compliance timescales.
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling telephone calls, correspondence, client queries, and referrals promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and financial transactions, ensuring client monies, overdue transactions, diaries, and computer systems are up to date and compliant with company guidelines.
• Support business performance by working towards retention targets, identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services, and achieving agreed KPIs and quality standards.
• Maintain professional competence and teamwork through continuous professional development, working with colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.
