Job summary

SEIB Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, is looking for an Equine Administrator to join our South Ockendon office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle communications and documentation efficiently, dealing with underwriting queries and ensuring accuracy within guidelines.

The role offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £26,000 and a supportive, collaborative environment within a charity-driven group.

Qualifications

• Proven equestrian knowledge and experience.
• Insurance industry exposure is desirable.
• Good IT systems literacy and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage equine insurance administration, including new business, renewals, policy adjustments, and issuing accurate documentation.
• Respond to underwriting queries and maintain client records accurately.
• Deliver excellent client service via phone and email, handling queries promptly and professionally.
• Support business performance by contributing to retention targets and KPI achievement.
